Kickstart AI helps you deepen your understanding of AI and provides practical tips on how to create business value using the technology – with the help of free tools and custom AI solutions.

To better equip you as a business owner to apply this technology in your operations, Kickstart AI offers a free seminar on AI. The seminar covers fundamental concepts, technologies, and applications of AI across various industries and aims to give you insight into how AI can be integrated to generate business value in your company.

ATTEND ONE OF THREE SESSIONS

The seminar lasts for two hours and is offered on three days in October, between 10–12 AM: October 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. As a business owner, you only need to sign up for one session, as the content will be the same on all days.

During the seminar, we will reflect on questions such as:

• How can I enhance my competitiveness using AI?
• Can an AI assistant really help me get more done?
• How can I become a smart buyer of advanced AI services?
• Which AI tools can I start using in my business today?
• What examples and use cases exist in my industry?

• How can AI help me find more customers and improve my marketing?
• What are the most common mistakes when implementing AI?

The seminar is supplemented with study materials and resources for you to deepen your knowledge on your own.

OPEN TO ALL BUSINESS OWNERS IN SKÅNE

Registration is open to all solo entrepreneurs and companies in Skåne, regardless of industry, AI experience, or technical expertise. Kickstart AI is suitanble both for businesses who are unsure of how to approach AI, but also for those who have already started and want to accelerate their AI journey. The program is run by Innovation Skåne and AI Sweden’s innovation managers, in collaboration with advisors from Almi and AI consultants from the region. Together, we have helped hundreds of businesses increase their understanding of AI and create business value.

FURTHER OPPORTUNITIES FOR WORKSHOPS, COACHING, AND AI CONSULTING

This seminar is part of the Kickstart AI program, which offers seminars, workshops, and individual coaching on AI implementation for small and medium-sized businesses in Skåne throughout the fall of 2024. After the seminar, your company will have the opportunity to conduct a status analysis and maturity assessment that will result in a concrete plan for applying AI-driven services to your business. You will have access to advisors and innovation leaders with experience in successfully implementing AI projects.

KICKSTART AI

Kickstart AI aims to increase the knowledge of AI among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Skåne, thereby boosting their market competitiveness.

By integrating AI into their operations, companies can improve efficiency, drive innovation, and create new business opportunities. Kickstart AI is designed to help Skåne-based SMEs leverage the digital transformation, understand the benefits of applying AI in their operations, and embark on their AI journey.

KNOWLEDGE BOOST

During the fall of 2024, 1000 SMEs in Skåne will participate in a course about the foundations of AI. The course covers essential concepts, technologies, and applications of AI across various industries. The initiative aims to provide companies with a comprehensive understanding of how AI can be integrated to create business value. Participants will explore questions such as:

• Why should I care about AI?
• Which AI tools are suitable for my business?
• What examples and use cases exist in my industry?
• How can I increase my competitiveness with AI?
• Which AI tools can enhance my marketing efforts?
• How can I become an effective purchaser of AI services?
• How can I generate real business value with ChatGPT?

After the training, participants will have the opportunity to conduct a digital assessment to evaluate their current level of AI maturity. The assessment helps identify strengths and weaknesses, providing a clear picture of areas that need improvement. The outcome will be a hands-on plan for implementing AI-driven services tailored to each company’s unique conditions.

Further opportunities for in-depth exploration, experimentation, and implementation support will be offered to 100 companies. This will take place in workshops with advisors and experts.

IMPLEMENTING AI SOLUTIONS

Companies are encouraged to apply for digitalization grants from Region Skåne to finance the implementation of AI solutions. They will also have the chance to collaborate with AI consultants from Skåne, who can offer customized advice and technical support throughout the implementation process.
